HOUSE EXTERIOR - BEFORE
This is one of our more recent projects in 2021. This is a 1930 original built house that was outdated and required some much-needed restoration.

MASTER BATHROOM - DURING REHAB
This was done in 2017. AÂ house in Carrollwood area. The project included a total layout redesign, as the toilet was in a separate room, and we removed it and made such room an extension to the walking closet. We then removed the tub and brought in the toilet while extending the shower area. New marble tiles all around, new double vanity, etc.

This small Project was in 2020in a house in New Tampa. The original entrance look, and layout were outdated. The customer wanted more open space concept and striking first impression.

BATHROOM REMODEL
Along with the rest of the house renovation, this bathroom was too small for a 3 bedrooms house. We decided to make it a bit bigger by adding about 15sq.ft.
After tear down and framing, we started the new build. we now have a new layout and a change of tub orientation
We added a new window, new tub, tiles, mirror, granite top, double sink vanity, new sinks, linen closet, ...
Complete change!

In 2019 we took upon a flip house project in Carrollwood area. Though with a small budget for the renovation, we were able to accomplish quite a bit. This is an example of the front entrance before.

The renovation includes, new flooring, new paint, new trims, new light fixture, new blinds, remodeling of the kitchen, guest bathroom, and the garage space.
LIVING ROOM -AFTER
About 600sqft of new laminate flooring, new ceiling fans, new baseboard, refurbish stairways, new paint.

The idea was to remove the old built-in shelves and make the wall one smooth surface

The original kitchen was outdated with poor design. With little ingenuity, we were able to give it a fresh new look while saving in budget cost (resurfacing the existing cabinets: sanding, coating with fresh paint and new hardware)

With the introduction of all new beautiful granite top, splash wall, sink, new lighting, stainless steel appliances, top cabinet crown molding, flooring,... all contributed to this exquisite modern look!
